ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
Citizens of the Republic of Serbia need a visa to enter Tanzania.
A visa may be obtained at the Embassy of Tanzania in Rome (Italy) or via the Government of Tanzania website: https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/visa/, which is a simpler and cheaper procedure. Additional visa information is available on the same website.
Travellers coming from countries with risk of yellow fever must have an international certificate of vaccination (“yellow card”).
SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
No social security agreement has been concluded.
USEFUL INFORMATION
HEALTH SITUATION — There are occasional outbreaks of cholera and dengue fever, and malaria is widespread. Therefore, it is advisable to use mosquito repellents, as well as to take antimalarials.
SECURITY SITUATION — The general security situation is satisfactory. However, violent crime is on the rise.
There is a danger of terrorist attacks around the border with Mozambique.
