Serbia is ready to be a reliable partner to African countries
The Dignity Conference, held here in Belgrade, symbolizes our shared commitment to mutual respect, solidarity and cooperation," Djurić said.
According to him, the event emphasizes the historical ties between Serbia and the African continent, based on joint struggles for sovereignty and dignity.
It is a great honor for us to have hosted representatives of 40 African countries, united around the principles of equality and partnership. Our discussions were productive and forward-looking, covering key topics such as sustainable development, investment, technology transfer and cultural exchange, the Minister pointed out.
We are committed to building partnerships that promote economic growth, improve education and ensure dignity for all people, the Minister underlined.
Serbia is ready to be a reliable partner to African countries, to share its knowledge and experience, as well as to learn from the innovative approaches of our friends from Africa, as we face global challenges together, from climate change to food security, Djurić said.
Speaking about the importance of the Dignity conference, he emphasized that this gathering is not only a moment for reflection, but also a call to action.
It represents an opportunity to strengthen our ties, inspire cooperation and represent a world in which every country, regardless of its size or geographical location, has an equal voice in shaping the common future," he emphasized.
Minister Djurić expressed his gratitude to our African partners for their trust and commitment to this partnership.
Together we are sending a strong message to the world: dignity is not a privilege - it is a universal right, Serbian Foreign Minister said.
