Citizens of the Republic of Serbia currently present in the aforementioned countries are advised to remain composed and act calmly, to give priority to their personal safety, to strictly adhere to the recommendations and instructions of the local authorities, and to regularly monitor communications issued by the competent diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Serbia. In light of disruptions and suspensions of air traffic in parts of the region, travelers are strongly advised to remain in continuous contact with their respective airlines in order to receive timely information regarding further steps and possibilities for the continuation of travel.
Citizens of the Republic of Serbia are advised to refrain from all travel to Israel until further notice. Those currently in Israel are urged to prioritize their personal safety, follow the instructions of the competent Israeli authorities, and contact the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Tel Aviv via WhatsApp at +972 52 6315620 or by email at srb.emb.israel@mfa.rs, for the purpose of coordinating activities related to departure from the territory of Israel.
The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Iran has issued recommendations to Serbian citizens currently in that country to leave Iran as soon as possible, should safe conditions for departure exist; to closely follow announcements by the local authorities and strictly comply with their recommendations; to avoid unnecessary outings and time spent outdoors; and to adhere to the guidance issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy. According to available information, 14 Serbian nationals are currently in Iran (Tehran, Tabriz, Isfahan, Yazd), including seven individuals holding dual Iranian and Serbian citizenship. Serbian nationals in the United Arab Emirates are advised to remain calm, strictly comply with the recommendations and instructions of the local authorities, and regularly monitor communications issued by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Abu Dhabi. Due to the deterioration of the security situation, air traffic in the UAE and parts of the region is currently temporarily suspended. Travelers are advised to remain in continuous contact with their airlines for timely updates regarding further steps and travel options.
