Minister Dacic met with U.S. Ambassador Hill

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic pointed out that the strategic commitment of the Republic of Serbia was to promote cooperation with the United States in areas of mutual importance.

Both sides expressed a commitment to stepped-up political dialogue and exchanges of visits by high-ranking and top Serbian and U.S. state officials. First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic noted that he was particularly pleased that he will have the opportunity to visit the United States to participate in the traditional National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. next week, where he will have meetings in the State Department and Congress.

On this occasion, the interlocutors also exchanged views on the continuation of activities aimed at building further the partnership in the economy and in diversification of energy supply sources.
