Đurić Holds Telephone Conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Marko Đurić, held a telephone conversation today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, Constantinos Kombos, regarding current developments and the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the broader regional circumstances and underscored the importance of an early restoration of peace and stability. Minister Đurić expressed full solidarity with the people of Cyprus and condemned all attempts to undermine the security of the island.
In the segment of the discussion devoted to bilateral cooperation, the parties reaffirmed the strong mutual support and the traditionally friendly relations between Serbia and Cyprus, as well as their determination to further strengthen political dialogue and cooperation at all levels, grounded in consistent respect for the principles and values of international law.
