Kozarev visited the Armenian Apostolic Church in Etchmiadzin

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Dušan Kozarev, visited the headquarters of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Etchmiadzin today, where he met with Archbishop and Director for International Relations of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Natan Hovhannisyan.
In a warm and open discussion, they jointly noted the importance of the Christian religion for the relations between the two countries, underscored by the strong friendly ties between the Serbian and Armenian peoples.
Kozarev highlighted the vulnerability of Serbian spiritual and cultural heritage in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as the very difficult situation faced by Serbs due to the unilateral and violent actions of the regime in Priština.
Following the meeting with Archbishop Hovhannisyan, the delegation toured the museum and the newly restored cathedral at the headquarters of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Etchmiadzin.
