Kozarev and Ilić with the Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States

Dušan Kozarev, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Radomir Ilić, Chargé d’Affaires of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the United Nations, met in New York with Noemí Espinoza Madrid, Secretary-General of the Association of Caribbean States.
The meeting emphasized readiness for more intensive joint efforts aimed at fostering closer ties between Serbia and the countries of the Caribbean region, particularly in the fields of economy and development projects.
The interlocutors agreed that Expo 2027, to be hosted by Serbia, will represent an excellent opportunity to showcase the rich and diverse culture and traditions, as well as the considerable potential, of the Caribbean nations.
