Jović confers with the Ambassador of Ukraine

The State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Damjan Jović, met today with the Ambassador of Ukraine, H.E. Volodymyr Tolkach.
The interlocutors discussed key aspects of bilateral cooperation, with particular attention given to opportunities for further enhancing ties in areas of mutual interest. They also exchanged views on modalities of cooperation and the relationship between the respective home countries and their diasporas.
The current situation in Ukraine was also addressed, and hope was expressed for a swift and peaceful resolution of the conflict.
State Secretary Jović took the opportunity to reiterate Serbia’s appreciation for Ukraine’s consistent support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
