The First Meeting of the Committee of National Coordinators of the CEI
The State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Nikola Stojanović, addressing the attendees, reiterated Serbia’s commitment to regional cooperation and the EU integration process. He emphasized that with great ambitions, Serbia begins its chairmanship of the oldest regional initiative in Southeast Europe, highlighting key priorities for the presidency, including artificial intelligence, biotechnology, regional connectivity, and labor migration.
Today’s meeting brought together representatives from all member states of the Central European Initiative in Belgrade.
Serbia assumed the chairmanship of the Central European Initiative in November last year. The CEI is an international organization that promotes regional cooperation in the fields of economy, politics, culture, and youth exchange.
