Bilateral political consultations between Serbia and Israel

Under the leadership of the State Secretary Damjan Jović, a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia visited Jerusalem to conduct bilateral political consultations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel.
In a constructive and friendly atmosphere, key issues on the bilateral agenda were thoroughly examined, including further intensification of political dialogue, development of economic ties, and enhancement of cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
The parties concurred on the need to further strengthen contractual and legal frameworks and coordination within international forums of which both countries are members, based on mutual respect and solidarity.
Opinions on current international and regional issues were also exchanged, including developments in the Western Balkans and the situation in the Middle East.
