Canberra: Ambassador Stefanović presented his credentials

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Canberra Rade Stefanović presented his credentials to the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia David Hurley, thus officially taking over the duty of Ambassador to this country.
Ambassador Stefanović conveyed the greetings of the Republic of Serbia President Aleksandar Vučić, and emphasised Serbia`s commitment to continue cooperation between the two countries.
Governor-General Hurley welcomed Ambassador Stefanović and wished him success in the diplomatic work in Australia.
The formal ceremony of presenting the credentials was held at the Governor's House in Canberra, and Ambassador Stefanović greeted the honorary line formation of the Australia`s Federation Guard.
