Bauer: Numerous possibilities to improve cooperation with Morocco

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Marocco, Ivan Bauer, discussed with Redouane Houssaini, Director for United Nations and international organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Morocco.

The interlocutors agreed that there are numerous areas for strengthening and intensifying of mutual cooperation. With regards to that, the Ambassador mentioned the recent visit of Minister Selaković, emphasizing that on this occasion as well the willingness of Serbia to improve the comprehensive cooperation with Maroco was highlighted.

Furthermore, the important anniversary, which will be celebrated next year, and it is 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, was discussed.

Ambassador Bauer and director Houssaini discussed also the need of a firmer cooperation and coordination of the two countries in international organizations.

Ambassador Bauer addressed the cooperation within the Non-Aligned Movement and on this occasion indicated to the importance of the meeting which will be held in Belgrade in October. Bauer said that the presence of high-level guests, especially of the founder countries of the Movement would be the opportunity to reaffirm the values and goals of the Movement.
