ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
The visa-free regime between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of San Marino is in force. Holders of Serbian biometric passports do not need a visa to stay in San Marino for up to 90 days in a six-month period.
Serbian citizens may enter San Marino with a biometric travel document which should be valid for at least three months after the intended date of departure.
Foreigners intending to stay in the territory of San Marino for a period exceeding 30 days are required, within the above time-limit, to personally submit an application for a stay permit to the Gendarmerie - Foreigners' Office.
SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
No social security agreement has been concluded.
USEFUL INFORMATION
HEALTH SITUATION — There are no particular health risks in San Marino. It is, however, advisable to have an international travel health insurance.
TRANSPORT — You may drive with a Serbian driving licence issued on a new form if you have an international driving permit as well.
OTHER INFORMATION — The currency in use is the euro. Payments are effected both in cash and by payment cards.
