ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
Citizens of the Republic of Serbia need a visa to enter the State of Qatar. For travel purposes, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the country, and the same applies for regulating one’s residence.
For holders of ordinary passports of the Republic of Serbia, tourist visas can be issue at border crossings ("visa in arrival"). It is mandatory to have a hotel reservation or confirmation of accommodation with relatives, which can be obtained through the system of the MOI of Qatar.
It is recommended that all visitors apply for an E-visa, via the website www.hayya.qa or the application of the same name on mobile phones. E-visas (Hayya) provide a number of benefits, such as using the e-gate at Hamad Airport.
In the case of just transiting through Hamad Airport, without entering Qatar, a transit visa is not required.
It is mandatory for all visitors to obtain a health insurance policy online from one of the companies offered by Qatar, before the trip and before arriving at Hamad Airport, where the visa itself will be issued. More details about health insurance at the links:

It is forbidden to photograph government buildings and institutions.
No more than 50,000 riyals in cash and valuables (around 14,000 euros, depending on the exchange rate) may be brought in or out of Qatar without reporting it to the customs authorities.
It is also forbidden to bring in chewing tobacco in any form and under any name; electronic cigarettes or hookahs or anything that resembles a cigarette and smoking equipment, but does not contain tobacco (for example sweets or children's toys made in this form); cigarette vending machines and promotional material for advertising or promoting tobacco or tobacco products. Travelers who possess or transport these products will face legal consequences. It is not allowed to bring alcohol in your luggage, while you need to have a prescription for psychiatric drugs and painkillers, which is also recommended for other types of drugs.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

HEALTH SITUATION - Weather conditions are difficult, particularly in the period from May to October, when it is very hot.

Travellers should drink bottled water. For more detail, please consult the World Health Organization website.

SECURITY SITUATION - Everyday life is normal and the security situation is very stable.

TRANSPORT - There is a modern airport "Hamad International" in Doha, there are daily flights to Belgrade via Qatar Airways. The city has public transport as well as the metro.
Driver’s licenses of the Republic of Serbia should be replaced immediately upon arrival in Qatar, as driving a motor vehicle is not allowed with them.

OTHER INFORMATION - Travellers need to take care how they behave and what they wear. Women are obliged to cover their arms and the skirt length must be below the knee.
Alcoholic drinks are not available in stores, but are available in certain hotels.
The national currency is the Qatari riyal.
