ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
The condition for citizens of the Republic of Serbia to enter the Principality of Andorra is to have a valid travel document, which must be valid for at least three months after the planned date of departure from the Principality. Travellers who do not meet this criterion will be returned from the border. Holders of biometric passports of the Republic of Serbia do not need a visa for a stay of up to 90 days within a period of six months.
As the Principality of Andorra is not a part of the EU, customs regulations limit the quantity and the value of certain goods which travellers returning to their home countries may take with them. Adult travellers are allowed free export of 1 kg of coffee, 1.5 litres of spirits containing more than 22% alcohol or 3 litres with less than 22% alcohol (wine, champagne), 5 litres of table wine, 300 cigars, 75 cigarillos, or 400 grams of rolling tobacco.
Food products of up to 300 euros in value, per person, may be exported for free. The maximum quantity of those products is 2.5 kg of powdered milk, 3 kg of condensed milk, 6 kg of fresh milk, 1 kg of butter, 4 kg of cheese, 5 kg of sugar and sweets, 5 kg of meat. Industrial products of up to 900 euros in value per adult may be exported, or up to 450 euros per traveller under 15 years of age. 75 g of perfume and 375 ml of cologne may be exported.
Bringing pets into the country requires a “pet passport”, a veterinarian's certificate that the animal has been vaccinated against rabies, and that the animal has a microchip or a readable tattoo.

SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
No social security agreement has been concluded.

HEALTH SITUATION — The Principality of Andorra has a complete health care system, which covers the entire territory with an extensive network of pharmacies, which have single-time working hours.

SECURITY SITUATION — The Principality of Andorra is considered a safe country with a very low delinquency rate.

TRANSPORT — The Principality of Andorra does not have its own airport, but the nearest international airports are within a radius of about 200 km ― Barcelona, Girona, Lleida in Spain, and Toulouse in France.
During a tourist stay in the Principality of Andorra, one may drive a motor vehicle with a driver's licence of the Republic of Serbia for up to six months. An international driving permit is recommended, although driving with the new national driver's licence is tolerated. If travelling by vehicle from the Republic of Serbia, insurance is necessary.
The Principality of Andorra may also be reached by the Spanish railway RENFE or the French railway SNCF.
Bus lines operate daily from various cities in Spain, France and Portugal, and all information on departures and prices can be found at www.mobilitat.ad.
Border crossings with Spain and France are open 24 hours.

OTHER INFORMATION — The local currency is the euro. It is possible to use payment cards of Serbian banks (Visa, Master) as well as American Express. When buying with a payment card, it is obligatory to show a passport.
The official language in the Principality of Andorra is Catalan, but Spanish, French and Portuguese are commonly used. English is also used in all stores.
