Visa is required for the holder of an emergency travel document in transit.

 

ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia need a visa to enter Madagascar.

The visa is obtained at the Embassy of Madagascar in Rome or through the website of the Malagasy government https://www.evisamada.gov.mg/en/.

A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for travellers coming from areas where the disease is present.

 

SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT

 No social security agreement has been concluded.

Due to the danger of malaria, the use of mosquito repellents and antimalarials is recommended.

Before traveling, it is necessary to check the current health and safety situation.

The level of crime calls for increased caution.
